Prior to this, I worked as a multimedia journalist with Khaleej Times in Dubai and CNN’s Indian affiliate in Noida. I graduated from Syracuse University in New York state in 2012 with a Masters degree in Broadcast and Digital journalism.
Turkish Chef Cüneyt Asan, or ‘the fastest butcher in the world’ opened his restaurant Gunaydin in Dubai’s Souk Al Bahar in December 2016. Also famously known as the ‘professor of meat’, he taught the viral ‘Salt Bae’, and many others, how to chop meat. (Video filmed and produced by Nilanjana Gupta)
